Rubbish, really slow and poor service. They aren’t sure where it is but they’re sure I’ll get it?. Amateurish service, don’t bother with them.
eBay order marked as dispatched by 24 hour royal mail service on 10th December AM only to be told by their support agent 5 days later that it hasn't been dispatched yet and they might be able to get to it later this week or next week.

Great experience/service,ordered a game for my son,was easily the lowest price available by quite some margin,ordered late evening, dispatched next day, recieved early next morning,all topped off with a loyalty/rewards program,what more can you ask for.Always kept informed about my order,5* service Will definitely be using again, highly recommend.

I bought my sons the Nintendo Switch Need for Speed Hot Pursuit game for Christmas 2020, but it has now stopped working 22.02.2021. I Have contacted Nintendo, You The Game Collection & EA. Nintendo & EA have stated that The Game Collection are liable for an exchange, repair or refund And under the Consumer Right Act 2015 it states we are entitled to an exchange, repair or refund.The Game Collection Have said it is not their problem.We would recommend people not to purchase anything from The Game Collection.We will never use this online store again.
Have been buying for years from TGC but they are going downhill recently. I've had problem with my two recent orders. First a collectors edition item was flat packed in an envelope, came smashed and had to send it back for refund. Now another item I ordered has been cancelled stating it is not in stock after waiting for 4 days for it. Terrible. I'd stop recommending you.Order 1001012162
